About the role
Join a dynamic global treasury team and play a key role in the execution, control, and governance of treasury activities across cash management, settlements, treasury documentation, and compliance, across multiple countries and currencies. As a Back Office & Compliance Analyst, you will support accurate processing of treasury transactions, maintenance of legal documentation, and adherence to internal controls, banking requirements, and regulatory obligations across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. Working closely with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and banking partners, you can contribute to operational excellence, risk mitigation, process improvement, and the effective management of the Company's global liquidity activities.

What You'll Do

- Manage treasury transactions, settlements, and reconciliations
- Support global cash management and payment operations
- Maintain treasury documentation, including banking and legal agreements
- Coordinate KYC, bank onboarding, and regulatory reporting activities
- Investigate and resolve payment and settlement issues
- Support treasury systems, process improvements, and automation initiatives
- Contribute to audit, compliance, and risk management activities What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar
- 3–7 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Banking Operations, or Financial Compliance
- Knowledge of treasury products, banking platforms, and treasury systems
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
