As an intern within the Pictet Asset Services department, you will support the
Client Relationship Management (CRO/CRM) teams
in their daily activities. This internship will allow you to develop operational, regulatory, and interpersonal skills while contributing to the quality of client service.
- Start date: August/September
- Duration: 12 months
- Employment rate: part-time
- Prerequisite: a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school Your role
- Provide daily operational support to the teams in managing client files: preparation, verification, and follow-up of documents required for account opening, modification, or closure.
- Assist in the management of routine operations: signature verification, execution and monitoring of transactions (orders, payments, fund and asset transfers), management of incoming/outgoing flows, coordination with counterparties, and alerting in case of blockages.
- Participate in the preparation and updating of client files, ensuring information compliance and completeness of supporting documents.
- Support the teams in handling client requests, processing queries, and resolving simple incidents, ensuring rigorous follow-up and effective communication.
- Contribute to verifying the accuracy of transactions and the quality of data entered into internal tools.
- Act as a point of contact for administrative and logistical tasks related to client relationship management.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics.
- First experience (internship) in a client relationship management role within the financial services industry, idealy in private banking or wealth management Soft
skills:
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach Language
skills:
- French: fluent level
