Experis Luxembourg is looking for an Oracle HCM Business Analyst for one of its clients in Luxembourg (on-site position). Your responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements related to Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and propose appropriate functional solutions aligned with business needs
- Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, Performance, Payroll)
- Analyze and resolve functional issues and coordinate with technical teams and Oracle Support when needed
- Produce and maintain functional specifications, business process documentation, and user guides
- Support testing activities (SIT, UAT), validation, and user adoption initiatives
- Contribute to data management activities including data migration, mass updates, and data quality controls
- Collaborate on integration topics with technical teams using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and related tools
- Ensure solution consistency, best practices, and compliance with business and security requirements

Your profile

- Proven experience working in Oracle Cloud HCM environments
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM functional processes and modules (Core HR, Absence, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, Performance, Payroll)
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and functional documentation
- Good understanding of HCM integrations and interfaces (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs is a plus)
- Knowledge of data management tools such as HDL and Spreadsheet Loader is appreciated
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM security concepts is a plus
- Experience with testing methodologies and user support activities
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
