- and middle-office fund services tasks, such as net asset value calculations, intra-day investment management, and investor lifecycle support across Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). It is one of the few leading pure-play software companies in the space, with a broad coverage of jurisdictions across APAC, Europe, and LATAM. The company is headquartered in Luxembourg with a presence in 15 other countries to support its loyal, global customer-base. Multifonds is now operating as a new standalone company, led by its existing management team. The Role and the Team Are you interested in working in a young and dynamic team dealing with some of the largest banks and asset managers in the investment fund industry globally? As a member of the Multifonds services team, you are assigned on client projects. The nature of those projects varies from implementation of new clients, implementation of new modules or software version upgrade for existing clients. Under the leadership of a project manager, you are in charge of providing consultancy to new and existing clients on the Multifonds Global Investor software and interact with product and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Identifying functionality gaps
- Analyzing and reviewing the Business Requirement Documents (BRD’s) and Functional Software Documents (FSD)
- Analyzing integration and reporting needs from the client, and translating them into specifications
- Preparing the functional models and contributing to the operational model
- Reviewing client change requests and assess their nature (development request, defect, set up error, …) and priority
- Providing development team with exhaustive test cases on detected defects
- Supporting the migration process (transitioning of funds/investors onto the Multifonds software)
- Delivering client training Required Skills and Qualifications Education: University degree in Finance/Accounting or general business with a strong accounting background Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience within the funds industry preferably in a similar role within a transfer agency project, or transfer agency support team Technical skills
- Good understanding of the surroundings (inbounds / outbounds) of the transfer agency business
- Knowledge of Multifonds Global Investor software
- Knowledge of trailer fees, hedge funds, private equity or cash management would be an additional asset
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries against database Soft skills
