Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun loving, and hardworking Maître Optician to join our Shop opening soon in Luxemburg. This experienced individual enjoys providing superior customer service, is a team player, and has a high degree of emotional intelligence. A love for fashion and a level of excellence is a must. Tasks & Responsibilities Eye-Tests and Customer Service:
• Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide customers with clear directions and provide all information regarding products and services
• Understanding of the MOSCOT brand and story and ability to communicate this heritage to the customer
• Create a memorable MOSCOT Shop experience
• Collaborate with MOSCOT family members to keep shop tidy and organized
• Answer and direct phone calls as needed
• Respond and collaborate with lab and shop teams on all orders Inventory Control:
• Assist with cycle counts, receipts, and returns of frame and stock lens inventory
• Process inter-shop transfers in the POS system
• Confirm that tickets match the physical frame Requirements
· Licensed as Maître Optician
· Available to work on shifts, including weekends
· Excellent command of English (and ideally Luxembourgish) both written and spoken
· Clear and articulate communication skills with empathy towards customers
· Works as a team player as well as an individual contributor
