- Health & Clinical Data Systems to join us in Luxembourg and help lead the next stage of development of Hale-X. Hale-X is building a biological simulation and digital twin platform for healthcare, integrating longitudinal patient data to support predictive, explainable and personalized clinical applications. We are looking for a senior, hands-on technical profile with strong experience across AI systems, healthcare data infrastructure and production software architecture. The ideal profile would bring experience in areas such as:
• AI / ML system architecture and production deployment
• MLOps, model serving, monitoring and evaluation
• Healthcare data infrastructure and clinical data pipelines
• HL7 / FHIR and EHR integration
• Clinical terminology and data standards such as LOINC, SNOMED CT or ICD
• Longitudinal and time-series patient data
• Cloud architecture, APIs, containers, CI/CD and DevOps
• Data security, privacy and access-control architecture
• Experience building software for healthcare, MedTech or other regulated environments Experience with medical-device software, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, GDPR or clinical AI systems would be a significant advantage. This is a senior hands-on role. We need someone who can make architectural decisions, work directly on the platform, challenge technical assumptions, establish engineering standards and progressively help us build and lead the technical team. Hale-X is based in Luxembourg and is working on clinical applications including patient digital twins, clinical data integration and predictive AI.
