Job Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Team Leader Hot Runner Assembly (m/f/d). In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing and developing an assembly team while ensuring the achievement of quality, delivery, and business objectives. Your Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop employees within the Hot Runner Assembly department
• Develop and maintain process standards to ensure we achieve our quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of processes, workflows, and working methods
• Implement and support Lean Management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and achieve the department's annual performance targets
• Foster a positive, performance-oriented, and safety-focused work environment
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams

Your Profile
• Certified Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or Electrical Engineering (or similar qualification)
• Ideally 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position
• Proven experience in team leadership and employee development
• Knowledge of Quality Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, or similar approaches is an advantage
• Sound English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good German language skills; French language skills are an advantage
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
