Fund Regulatory Reporting Analyst

As a Fund Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will support leading asset managers and financial institutions in meeting their regulatory reporting obligations. You will work on concrete client deliverables from the outset, combining regulatory requirements, fund data and operational execution. Your responsibilities
• Prepare, review and deliver fund regulatory reporting disclosures, including Prospectuses, PRIIPs and UCITS KI(I)Ds
• Produce and validate institutional data templates such as EPT, EMT and related reporting files
• Support ESG related reporting deliverables and regulatory disclosures
• Work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate, consistent and timely reporting
• Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of our reporting processes
• Support the implementation of new reporting requirements, methodologies and best practices What we are looking for
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law or a related field
• First experience or strong interest in fund reporting, regulatory reporting or compliance
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Perfect fluency in English
• Right to work in Luxembourg Knowledge of PRIIPs, UCITS, EPT, EMT, ESG reporting or the Luxembourg regulatory environment is an advantage. French or German is also an asset.
