• Meet the needs of our clients (regulated entities and management companies) with regards to accounting, tax and administrative processes, in particular by keeping day-to-day accounts, preparing tax returns and annual accounts/reports;
• Supervise the accounting performed by junior team members;
• Review and finalise the preparation of annual tax returns, linked to their respective accounts;
• Be in regular and proactive contact with your clients and be committed to building long-lasting and trusting relationships with them. Your ability to anticipate and respond to their needs makes you their preferred contact;
• Be involved in improving internal and digital processes;
• Participate in the acquisition of new clients using your knowledge of your clients, the latest trends, the market and your network;
• Perform financial analysis, prepare periodic reports and provide insights into financial performance while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of accounting information;
• Train, motivate and develop your team, because your own success is measured by that of your team. This Position Is For You If
• You possess at least 3 years of professional experience managing a portfolio of local clients within a fiduciary or Big-4 firm in Luxembourg;
• Your leadership and technical expertise are recognized by your team;
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented and able to coordinate several tasks at the same time to meet deadlines;
• You have an independent, conscientious and goal-oriented mindset;
• You are fluent in French and possess a good English level, knowledge of Luxembourgish or German can be an asset. What´s In It For You
