WHAT YOU WILL DO As Sales Manager Europe for LIAD products, you will report to the VP Engineering and CISystems and administratively to the Managing Director Europe. In this capacity, you will focuses on growing business relationships in the dosing and color measurement area, while increasing revenue through both new and existing customers. Your most critical deliverables for this role are: Grow existing accounts, acquire new customers and expand the distribution network Develop sales strategies in tandem with functional management Generate and describe creative, results-focused marketing concepts to a diverse client base Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets Conduct secondary research, including finding information from industry associations, statisticians and marketing experts Generate reports that analyze competition and customers Offer insights about product potentials WHO YOU ARE Your colleagues describe you as someone who takes full ownership of their results, engages others with professionalism and respect, and has an innate flair for sales. In addition, you also have: Master’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Marketing or related area Fluent English At least 5 years in a similar position in an industrial and multinational environment experience selling auxiliary equipment for the plastics industry Sales technique knowledge and practice Technical product knowledge and practice
