We are looking for 1–2 exceptional Private Equity professionals to become founding Key Persons of a new pan-European investment initiative. Have 5+ years of direct PE experience, a verifiable deal list and the ambition to help build an institutional investment platform? We should talk. 🌍 THE OPPORTUNITY We are developing a Luxembourg-based Private Equity fund focused on one of Europe's most strategic opportunities: Space, Aerospace, Defence and Dual-Use Technologies. Our strategy is built around pure Private Equity, strategic acquisitions, buyouts and cross-border buy-and-build transactions. And importantly, we are not starting from scratch. The initiative is being developed alongside an established Luxembourg-based Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) with: ✅ 20 years of operating history. ✅ More than €700 million cumulatively raised throughout its history. ✅ Established institutional experience and investment management infrastructure. OUR AMBITION 🎯 Target fund size: €150 million 🎯 Hard cap: €300 million 🎯 Strategy: Pure Private Equity and industrial consolidation 🎯 Geographic focus: Europe 💼 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR FOUNDING KEY PERSON | INVESTMENT DIRECTOR | SENIOR PE PROFESSIONAL We are seeking professionals who bring: ✅ Minimum 5 years of direct Private Equity experience. ✅ Demonstrable and independently verifiable investment track record. ✅ A detailed transaction-level deal list — mandatory. ✅ Proven involvement in origination, execution, portfolio management and/or exits. ✅ Strong investment judgement, institutional credibility and entrepreneurial ambition. ⭐ A SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGE Portable LP relationships. Candidates with an established network of institutional investors, family offices, funds of funds or potential anchor investors — and the ability to activate those relationships — will be particularly attractive. Experience in fundraising, fund formation and European cross-border transactions will also be highly valued. Sector expertise is welcome. Proven Private Equity experience is essential. 🚀 WHY JOIN?
