What you'll be doing Translates business requirements and user needs into UI designs Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and/or existing designs to simplify and enhance the user experience Design clean, elegant, and highly usable interfaces based on the best practices Optimize mobile interfaces through expert-level knowledge of the OS guidelines (iOS, Android) Create a cohesive style guide that ensures unified and cohesive experiences across all digital content platforms (mobile, web, TV, watches) Create interactive features and prototypes using Figma and Miro Articulate design choices and communicate concepts and vision to business stakeholders through wireframes, mockups, sketches, and written specifications Revise and iterate designs and documentation based on continued user testing and feedback Collaborate and communicate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in user interface design Strong experience in web and mobile (iOS and Android) interface design High level of proficiency in Figma and Miro. Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Ability to lead all aspects of the design process and deliver everything from conceptual sketches, to wireframes and production-ready designs Commitment to a high level of quality and rigorous attention to detail Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes Ability to take ownership of your projects Flexibility towards new situations and challenges Native FR + fluent in EN A passion for digital solutions A team-player attitude A strong sense of humor Movify offers Structured trainings Dedicated mentoring An agile and fast-paced environment A culture of empowerment, openness, and autonomy Room for personal development Start-up style offices A competitive package A warmhearted team that cares for one another
