Key Responsibilities
Define and implement testing strategies, with a strong focus on test automation and regression testing. Design, maintain, and execute reusable automated and manual test cases. Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and test results. Perform functional, regression, system, and acceptance testing following application releases and upgrades. Conduct data validation and reconciliation, including database-level checks where required. Develop and maintain automated tests using tools such as Leapwork, Cucumber, or equivalent. Integrate testing activities with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent platforms. Support continuous testing and DevSecOps practices. Identify and document deployment, upgrade, data, and performance risks. Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to improve testing processes and reduce manual testing effort. Required Experience & Skills 7+ years of experience in enterprise application support, testing, and test automation. Strong experience with browser-based enterprise applications such as HOPEX, Archibus, Nimbus, or similar platforms. Proven experience defining and managing end-to-end testing strategies and processes. Strong expertise in automated and regression testing. Hands-on experience with testing frameworks/tools such as Leapwork, Cucumber, or equivalent. Good knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar DevOps tools. Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, data validation, and risk management. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
