STATEMENT OF WORK

• University degree or relevant equivalent professional experience.
• Thorough knowledge of US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) related to re-export and transfer of technology.
• Experience in contract administration.
• Ability to work independently and be expected to generate finished work products subject only to administrative review and be relied upon for technical determinations within the program area.
• Ability to assess available guidelines and use judgment in interpreting and adapting guidelines such as activity policies, regulations, precedents, and work directions for applications to specific cases or problems. The incumbent analyzes results and recommends changes.
• Ability to analyse complex information and select among alternative approaches to assignments when dealing with diverse and often unrelated steps and processes. The decisions must consider handling of unusual circumstances, the need to refine work methods, and reconciliation of conflicting data.
• Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). POST DETAILS

• Daily fee per worked day: 378 EUR
HOW TO APPLY

IMPORTANT NOTES In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for a 12-month period. The duty stations will be Luxembourg or any other area as required. Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with. The Agency would appreciate it if addressee countries could provide their support by submitting candidates whose security clearance can be effected (or confirmed) rapidly and who could report for duty as soon as possible after selection. EMPLOYMENT STATUS REQUIREMENT FOR CURRENT MILITARY OR ADMINISTRATION POST HOLDERS: Please note that if you currently hold a military or administration post, you will be required to decide, in accordance with your national authorities' regulations, whether to retire or resign from your post, or apply for special leave from your national authorities. If you are invited to a preliminary interview, you will be asked to indicate your preference at that time as well. Important Note Your application should be submitted in one go and you will not be able to modify your data once submitted.
