Portfolio management and marketing services are delegated to specialized service providers across multiple jurisdictions. The Role: We are seeking an Officer to join our team on a permanent basis (CDI). You will provide essential support across three key areas: Company Secretary Function Prepare and coordinate board meetings for GFM and SICAVs Organize and manage Annual General Meetings Delegate & Service Provider Oversight Prepare, collect, and analyze due diligence questionnaires for portfolio managers, distributors, fund administrators, and other service providers Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) Fund Administration Support the establishment, restructuring, and liquidation of Luxembourg and Cayman Islands investment funds Review Japanese SRS reports and fund-related documents Assist Conducting Officers on special projects

Your Profile
Essential Qualifications Studies in Law, Finance, or Business Administration First professional experience in the investment funds industry Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg funds regulatory environment, including AIFMD and UCITS regulations Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken) Desirable Qualifications Prior experience in a Company Secretary function Key Competencies Self-directed and autonomous work style with strong collaborative abilities Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented approach Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
