- 1 school day per week) Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school Your role As part of the implementation of a Document Lifecycle Management (DLM) solution, we are seeking an intern to support the project team in the deployment, coordination, and continuous improvement of document management processes and tools. Identify and extract key metadata from documents (contracts, meeting minutes, fund documentation, prospectuses, etc.) and organise it into structured data tables (master data files). Contribute to the cleansing, standardisation and consolidation of data prior to its migration into the target tool, in close collaboration with business teams for validation purposes. Rename documents stored in the legacy system according to the new naming conventions defined for the target platform. Support the migration of documents and their associated metadata into the target tool, leveraging AI and automation solutions whenever appropriate. Monitor and document alerts ("hits") and anomalies detected by the new screening tool following migration, and prepare concise summary reports for relevant stakeholders. Maintain tracking files (Excel spreadsheets and master lists) and produce simple reporting metrics on progress, volumes and data quality.

Your profile
Required

experience:
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Law, or a related field. Previous exposure in finance, asset management, or an investment fund environment would be an asset. Business Knowledge Good understanding of the investment fund industry and its key stakeholders (Management Companies, Depositaries, Distributors, Fund Administrators, etc.). Familiarity with key fund and governance documentation, including contracts, mandates, articles of association, meeting minutes and internal policies. Comfortable working with large volumes of data, including extensive Excel files, document repositories and simple databases. Advanced Excel skills, including filters, pivot tables and data validation/cleansing functions. Good knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI tools used for large-scale document and data extraction. Ability to design, test and optimise prompts to improve metadata extraction quality and minimise errors. Soft

skills:
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy and confidentiality. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with business teams such as Legal, Corporate Secretary, Governance and Oversight. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to document processes and clearly communicate issues and risks. Language

skills:
