The Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruitment, training, time management and staff administration in general.
In order to support the team in place, we are looking for a trainee with a school convention for minimum 6 months to provide administrative support in the Training and Recruitment areas.
Your main tasks will be to:
Training support:
Register and follow-up all external training courses according to procedures in place
Organize in-house training events (invitations, attendance sheets, feedback forms, support documentation, invoice checking, filing…)
Maintain training database up to date
Prepare and complete the “Co-Funding application” for INFPC according to legal requirements
Recruitment support:
Draft and publish job offers internally and externally
Screen applications and set up interviews with candidates
Update the recruitment database on a daily basis
Prepare various reports and statistics
Contribute to various projects related to training and recruitment

requirements:
Bachelor/Master student in administrative or HR area
- School convention required. Very good level of English and French, especially in writing Excellent communication skills
- Client focused with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels Very good command of the Microsoft office tools (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point) Rigor and accuracy Effective time management High level of confidentiality Please be aware that in accordance with the law of July 23, 2016, the selected candidate will be requested to provide a criminal record (section 3).
