What you can expect
Your main missions will be to:
Financial Management and Data Quality:
• Manage operational financial flows and work closely with Finance teams to ensure the timely and accurate transmission of data.
• Ensure the consistency and reliability of technical and financial data, notably by overseeing proper data reconciliation with actuarial teams and collaborating with partners to enhance the integrity of incoming data flows. Operational and Cross-Functional Support:
• Coordinate operations across internal teams and external partners.
• Support claims management, fraud investigations, and customer complaints handling, while assisting in the design and deployment of operational processes with partners.
• Collaborate with legal and technical stakeholders whenever required.
• Take ownership of cross-functional topics and urgent requests that have not yet been allocated within the team, stepping in where necessary to ensure business continuity and the successful delivery of activities across functions. Process Management and Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Define, formalize, document, and continuously improve business processes, including underwriting, claims management, data flows, and reporting.
• Actively manage workflow automation and digitalization initiatives in close collaboration with IT and data teams.
• Ensure that processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational pain points and drive problem-solving and process optimization initiatives.
• Act as a central coordination point between operational teams, IT, Finance, and external partners.
• Foster collaboration and ensure seamless coordination across teams to address operational challenges.
• Ensure the timely implementation of IT solutions with our partners and proactively remove any delivery blockers.
• Contribute to the implementation or enhancement of tools and systems supporting operational management.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and lead process optimization projects. What we expect
• Master's degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in Management, Engineering, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a cross-functional role, with exposure to operational processes, technology, finance, data management, and business operations
• Proven experience in an international and/or multi-country environment is highly desirable
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Proven ability to thrive in complex, multicultural environments, ideally within agile or fast-growing organizations.
• Fluency in English (working language); additional European languages (French, German, Spanish) are an asset
• SQL language proficiency
