• Secondary education and 5 years' post-related experience, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience.
• Good knowledge of OHS Management Systems, in accordance with International Standardization Organisation 45001 (ISO 45001), and of OHS regulations.
• Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Risk Management techniques/processes e.g. International Standardization Organisation 31000 (ISO 31000), Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Kinney’s method.
• NATO's official languages are English and French. Both languages are important in the work of this post, therefore fluency in both languages is essential. WHAT DO

NSPA staff members of the same grade can submit a transfer request till 14 October 2026. Applications sent via e-mail will be automatically rejected. Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
