About the positionAs an Electronic Engineer and Team Lead, you will provide technical leadership throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Collaborating closely with the expert group, you will play a pivotal role in transforming concepts into successful products, from requirements analysis and system design to verification, manufacturing, integration, and deployment. Combining hands-on engineering expertise with team leadership, you will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of robust, innovative, and reliable electronic systems.
Key responsibilities
• Review and analyse Systems requirements and propose compliant architectures
• Design and Implement schematics with detailed analogue and digital circuit
• Perform design analysis such as Worst-Case Analysis, Derating Analysis and FMEA/FMECA.
• Review PCB/layout design provided by the team.
• Perform initial testing and debugging of the CBA, and then complete functional test.
• Provide technical and official deliverables: analysis, technical notes, test plans, test reports
• Support Systems, Mechanical, S/W&F/W teams to deliver a complete system that meets requirements and project deadlines
• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including among others system engineering, software design, mechanical design to develop a complete system
• Support test competency to establishing automated testing
• Manage the team's workload and priorities
• Ability to develop the team's skills
• Ability to understand, evaluate, and implement the expert group's recommendations/design
• Ability to implement the CTO's directives at the team level Preferred skills
• Strong interest in developing hardware electronics schematics, small signals, high-speed, micro-controllers/FPGA, and power conversion & distriution.
• Knowledge in PCB layout and general laboratory test equipment
• Experience in schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium or other)
• Experience in either RF/FPGA design, small signal, EMC or power electronics
• Knowledge in circuit calculation/analysis and simulation (LT Spice)
• Familiar with Office 365 (Word, PPT, Excel, Ms project…)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen effectively to implement continuous improvements in work processes
• Scripting ability to automate tests and report tasks Profile required

Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving
Skills:
Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Language
Skills:
Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a significant asset.
• Educational Background: Master’s degree or Engineering degree (Bac+5) Electronics, or a related field.

Experience:
Relevant experience (5+ years) in a high-reliability industry (automotive or space)
• Autonomy: Ability to strike the right balance between working fully autonomously and seeking expertise / support for problem-solving.
