Adservio Luxembourg
Adservio Luxembourg is the Luxembourg arm of Adservio Group, 300+ consultants across Paris, Brussels and Luxembourg, 15 years serving regulated industries. We opened in Luxembourg in 2022 and work across financial services, energy and utilities, transport and mobility, insurance and the public sector: wherever compliance is not optional and failure is not acceptable. You join our Technologies & Engineering team.
The context
With our team, you work for a Luxembourg energy company, an essential entity under NIS2. Its access control procedure is written; the challenge is to make it work across applications, platforms and data assets.
Your mission
You turn an access governance policy into workflows, controls and evidence that the client's teams can run on their own.
Design the access lifecycle
• Implement the end-to-end workflow for access requests, approvals, changes, periodic reviews and revocations
• Clarify the roles of requesters, managers, application owners, data owners and control functions Deploy the access model
• Implement the access model and approval criteria based on data classification, business need and risk
• Onboard priority applications into the agreed governance model Make it auditable and sustainable
• Set up traceable records, control evidence, monitoring indicators and reporting on access decisions and reviews
• Prepare documentation, training materials and handover to the client's teams
Your profile
What Is Essential
• At least 5 years in IAM, IGA, access governance or information security consulting
• Hands-on design of access request, approval, review and revocation workflows, access models and access matrices
• Strong command of RBAC, ABAC, least privilege, need-to-know and segregation of duties
• Ability to translate policies into implementable controls, operating processes and audit evidence, with working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2 and GDPR
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management across business, IT, security and data teams What makes the difference
• Access governance delivered in complex or regulated organisations
• Experience with enterprise access-management tools, cloud and data platforms
• Experience in the energy sector or critical infrastructure Languages Required: fluent English
• Plus: French or German What You'll Find With Us A tribe. You join our tribe, senior peers, peer reviews and shared technology watch. Subject Matter Expert status. Expertise is a recognised status: our experts are called on by fellow consultants and by clients across the group. Regulated environments, across sectors. Your assignment is anchored in energy, while our work also spans finance, insurance and the public sector. You will not stay a single-sector consultant. A practice still being built, with a clear path. Opened in 2022 and backed by a group of 300+ consultants, our Luxembourg office is taking shape now: what you put in place becomes the way we work. Our grade framework is explicit, with an expert track for those who choose depth over management. How We Hire Application → Conversation with HR → Technical interview with your future peers → Feedback and decision. Whatever the outcome, you will hear back from us.
