Community Growth Intern About Karimi The world of work is running ~ but getting a job still feels so slow and depressing. Our experience tells that all the advanced tech is being developed for companies to screen the best candidate, and not for candidates to find a job they love, and get ready for it. Money is spent for businesses and not for people, duh. We're a startup building the tool we wish we had for our first job hunt. It's a mobile app to swipe jobs, make tailored CVs and do much more to �
� that application. It's mainly built for students and fresh grads who are entering the labour market, but many of our users are also mid-seniority people who are looking for a change. The team We're a Luxembourg-based startup, but our team works remote. We currently cover 2 continents We're mainly tech people in data & software (will you change that?) but we studied all kind of subjects at uni. We work pretty independently but usually have tiny daily calls, so if you're looking for a manager who nurtures you 24/7, that's not us. The role You'll help us turn our early users (students, grads, interns) into a community of people landing their first job, and make sure everyone stressing about their first CV, internship hunt, or interview hears about Karimi. That means writing for our social channels and blog, and running online and in-person events with our student partners. Our target countries are the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Luxembourg, but we're already having users from many more countries so we're pretty open (still, mainly focusing on Europe for now) Who you are Student or recent graduate > you are our target user, and it shows in how you write You've run something with an audience before: a student association event, a club's Instagram, a newsletter You write well > social posts and longer pieces (blog/substack/medium) Fluent English; fluent in French, Dutch, or Italian is a plus Bonus: active in a student association in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Italy What you get 400€/month + ClaudePro + benefits, 4 months internship contract, work from anywhere
