• University degree (preferably in computer sciences), equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
• Minimum eight years’ experience in Information Technology (IT) e-Business applications, business automation and systems.
• Proven ability to analyse and document Information System (IS) concepts and architectures.
• Five to eight years’ experience in the IS field, of which at least five years are in web application projects.
• Broad technical background in the area of IT [including the Agency's enterprise software (SAP), EDI, networking, internet and operating system technology, systems security] and proven ability to develop and document IS concepts and architectures.
• Good knowledge of database design and multi-tiered client/server design.
• Broad knowledge of the latest development tools and techniques: C#, .
NET, Structured Query Language (SQL), web platforms and development frameworks in an environment consisting of MS Windows servers, MS-SQL servers and managed on Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platforms. WHAT DO

HOW TO APPLY

NSPA staff members of the same grade can submit a transfer request till 22nd October 2026. Applications sent via e-mail will be automatically rejected. Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
