Our Business Development & Communication Department is looking for a trainee for a period of six months. An internship agreement is required.
Your
responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Draft and adapt engaging content for the firm’s internal and external communication channels, including the website, social media, newsletters, invitations and internal announcements.
• Communication Strategy: Contribute to the review and implementation of our communication strategy to increase brand awareness.
• Social Media and Website: Help manage the editorial calendar, prepare posts and website updates, coordinate approvals and ensure that published content is accurate, consistent and on brand.
• Event Planning: Contribute to the organization of client and internal events, from the initial concept and invitation process to logistics, on-site coordination and post-event follow-up.
• Event Materials: Prepare and coordinate event-related materials, including invitations, attendee lists, signage, presentations, name badges and follow-up communications.
• Internal Communication: Support initiatives that promote internal engagement and the circulation of information across the Luxembourg office.
• Media and Visual Content: Assist with press releases, newsletters and visual content, and coordinate with internal stakeholders or external providers when needed. Photo and video content may also form part of the role.
Your profile
•
Education:
Enrolled in a master’s degree in communication, marketing, event management, media, public relations, political sciences or a related field.
•
Experience:
Previous experience in communication, digital marketing, event coordination, public relations or a professional services environment is an asset.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French (level C2), with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
•
Skills:
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong organizational and creative skills; excellent attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities; confidence working autonomously and as part of an international team. Photo, video or graphic design skills are an asset.
