Role Description The person in this role will oversee and coordinate a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with client and firm objectives, resource availability, and budget constraints. Daily activities include evaluating project proposals, prioritizing initiatives, monitoring progress and risks, and preparing clear status reports and dashboards for stakeholders. The Project Portfolio Manager will collaborate closely with consultants, senior partners, and client teams to optimize project delivery, improve governance frameworks, and support PMO implementation. The role also involves contributing to transformation programs, supporting process digitalization, and recommending improvements to organizational structures and change management approaches.

Your profile
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems or equivalent
• 8+ years in PMO, Portfolio Management, Digital Transformation or Business Performance
• Proven track record in IT investment governance and budget management
• Experience with commercial, pricing, CRM, ERP and analytics solutions; exposure to AI/data initiatives is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce and portfolio management tools
• Strategic yet hands-on, structured, data-driven, and at ease at executive level
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and French or German is beneficial for working with Luxembourg-based clients. If
