As a Digital Product Owner, you will contribute to the evolution of our digital products and customer journeys, helping to deliver seamless and valuable experiences for our customers across digital channels. Working closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers and product teams, you will gather requirements, prioritize initiatives and translate business needs into digital solutions. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our websites, mobile applications and customer self-service tools. Your responsibilities Product Development & Delivery Contribute to the definition and evolution of digital products and services. Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements. Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives. Write User Stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications. Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. Coordinate the implementation of digital solutions with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure features are delivered according to agreed priorities, quality standards and timelines. Customer Journey & Digital Experience Contribute to the design and optimization of customer journeys across digital channels. Work closely with Telecom & TV Product Managers to improve digital onboarding and lifecycle management experiences. Identify opportunities to enhance self-service capabilities and customer satisfaction. Support UX/UI improvements across digital platforms and tools. Help ensure a consistent customer experience across websites, mobile applications and other digital touchpoints. Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement Gather, analyse and formalise business requirements. Facilitate workshops to understand user needs and identify improvement opportunities. Model business processes and customer journeys. Monitor digital performance indicators and contribute to product improvement initiatives. Analyse customer feedback, usage data and business needs to identify areas for enhancement. Support & Documentation Maintain product documentation and functional specifications. Create clear user guides, FAQs and support materials. Provide Level 2 functional support and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.

Your profile
Experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar digital role. Experience working on customer-facing digital products and services. Experience in a B2C environment such as telecommunications, e-commerce, banking, insurance or digital services is considered an asset. Skills & Knowledge Solid experience with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborative approaches (Design Thinking, Story Mapping) Experience in requirements gathering and backlog management. Proficiency with digital concepts and tools (websites, mobile apps, CRM, electronic signatures, APIs, etc.) and an interest in new technologies (AI, automation, etc.) UX/UI expertise and the ability to challenge user flows Ability to write clear User Stories and functional specifications. Knowledge of business process modelling and customer journey mapping. Understanding of digital customer journeys, websites, mobile applications and self-service platforms. Familiarity with digital KPIs, analytics and data-driven decision making. Understanding of APIs and digital system integrations. Awareness of GDPR, accessibility and data security principles. Technical Skills & Tools Jira or equivalent Agile backlog management tool. Confluence, SharePoint or equivalent collaboration tools. Data oriented: comfortable analyzing usage data (e.g., Google Analytics or similar is a plus) Knowledge of process modeling tools (Visio, Lucid, etc.) and prototyping/mockup tools (Figma) Ability to collaborate with technical teams to validate the feasibility of solutions and balance functional versus technical considerations Soft Skills Customer-oriented mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritise and make informed decisions. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Autonomy and adaptability. Team spirit and cross-functional collaboration. Structured and detail-oriented approach. Nice to Have PSPO or CSPO certification. SAFe knowledge or certification. Experience in the telecommunications industry or another regulated sector. Languages Fluent French is mandatory. English is considered an asset.
