Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Nutanix Virtualization Consultant to join our journey. Contribute to the design, implementation, and validation of Nutanix AHV clusters, covering all infrastructure prerequisites including network, storage, and hardware readiness. Drive and support the VMware-to-AHV migration strategy, defining best practices and ensuring a smooth, secure, and controlled transition throughout all phases. Work closely with compute, network, storage, and security engineering teams on architecture decisions, technical validation, and alignment with reference architectures and CISO requirements. Operate and maintain Nutanix AHV clusters post-deployment, managing Prism Element and Prism Central and handling full lifecycle management: upgrades, patching, and compatibility checks. Manage VM lifecycle activities including snapshots, backup integration, performance tuning, and resource optimisation across clusters. Configure Nutanix storage (AOS, containers) and implement replication, backup, and disaster recovery strategies including Metro Availability. Develop automation workflows using Ansible, REST APIs, and scripting to support Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives and streamline provisioning and day-to-day operations. Integrate with enterprise observability tools and uphold security best practices and CISO policies across all configuration baselines. How do we imagine our future Nutanix Virtualization Consultant ? 4+ years of experience in virtualization and infrastructure engineering. Proven hands-on experience with Nutanix AHV in project or production environments. Strong expertise across the Nutanix ecosystem: AOS, Prism Element, Prism Central, and LCM operations. Solid experience in infrastructure build and migration projects, with direct exposure to VMware-to-Nutanix transitions highly valued. Good grasp of virtualization concepts across compute, storage, and networking, as well as high availability and disaster recovery principles. Proficient with automation tooling (Ansible, scripting, REST APIs) and comfortable contributing to IaC standardisation efforts. Experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, cluster operations) in migration contexts is a strong plus. ITIL certification and/or Nutanix certification are a significant advantage. Fluent in English; French is an advantage. Collaborative by nature, able to operate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.
