To reinforce our Team of 120 people, we are actively looking for a Customer Service Representative – Dutch speaker. Your Mission Within a multicultural and dynamic team and reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you are the main point of contact of our customers in Belgium & Netherlands. You are accompanying them in their entire journey with us and make sure they receive an excellent service, in line with our DNA. Your main tasks will include: Manage the entire order-to-cash process of the customers (estimates, order intake and follow-up, payment, claims, …) Be the main contact person of the customer & built a trustful personalised relation with them. You make sure they feel in good hands Process all kind customer requests & coordinate internal follow-up of those requests Coordinate with the customer the follow-up of leads that we transfer to our key customers And a lot of various tasks which will depends on the day-to-day needs

Your Profile
You are perfectly business fluent in Dutch & English. Any other European language will be a big plus. You have strong experience as Customer Service Representative within fast-moving environment You can handle stress You can manage several tasks at the same time You know how to use MS Office, and you are at ease with IT Tools in general You like teamwork You are flexible
