We build thriving communities of international professionals and are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable and results-driven Financial Support Officer to join our dynamic team. Main

responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices to tenants and owners, and manage the billing cycle Monitor incoming rent payments, allocate them to the right tenant and invoice, and flag discrepancies Send payment reminders, follow up on overdue accounts, and prepare files for legal escalation Manage security deposits: collection, reconciliation and refunds at move-out Review, verify, and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and VAT compliance Prepare payment runs and keep supplier accounts up to date Oversee and coordinate with our external bookkeepers. Provide statements, do reconciliations and discrepancy checks Produce monthly arrears and cash reporting; support VAT returns and year-end closing Maintain high-quality communication with clients and stakeholders

Your profile
1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable or a similar role is an advantage Accounting software experience (an advantage but not a necessity) A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field is a plus Be organized and reliable Ability to work independently and show initiative Positive, solution-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills Fluent in English (mandatory), French (advantage) Reside in Luxembourg or proximity A valid driving licence is an advantage
