About the positionWe are looking for a hands-on and autonomous Legal Counsel who will report directly to the CEO and provide legal support across all departments.
In this role, you will manage a broad range of legal matters within a medium-sized company, working independently while acting as a trusted legal partner to the business.
Key responsibilities
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers and partners
• Ensure compliance with European and international contract law
• Advise management and teams on Luxembourg corporate and labour law matters
• Support HR on employment contracts, policies, and legal questions
• Manage intellectual property topics, including trademarks and trade names
• Provide guidance on export control regulations (including ITAR)
• Identify legal risks and provide clear, pragmatic and business-oriented advice
• Support contract management across international projects and programmes
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal policies and compliance frameworks
• Support dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal counsel when needed Job requirements
• Master’s degree in Law (European, international or business law preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as legal counsel or lawyer
• Strong knowledge of:
• European and international contract law
• Luxembourg corporate and labour law
• Intellectual property (IP, trademarks, trade names)
• Familiarity with export control regulations (ITAR is a strong advantage)
• Experience in a high-tech environment (aerospace is a strong plus)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• French, German and/or Luxembourgish are considered assets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate legal complexity into practical solutions
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills
