• Contribute to thought leadership, client seminars, pitches and engagement materials, working with Marketing & Business Development to draw on the practice’s experience, data and content.
• Capture and share relevant client preferences and protocols so that lawyers have the right information at the right time. External positioning and industry engagement
• Identify, with partners and counsels, developments and topics that can strengthen the practice’s market position and contribution to industry debate.
• Prepare and coordinate technical input for regulatory consultations, working groups, industry forums and professional associations.

• Work with the Innovation department to identify practice needs and evaluate Legal Tech, AI and client-facing solutions that can improve matter delivery and efficiency.
• Provide the legal content, knowledge structure and business requirements needed for document automation, assisted drafting, research, due diligence and AI-enabled workflows.
• Participate actively in pilots and rollouts by preparing and validating models, playbooks, knowledge sources, prompts and workflow steps.
