Since 2019, AssetValue Consulting has established itself as the reference partner for Private Equity and alternative investment players, advising on and integrating the eFront Invest solution across all its dimensions: business expertise and Business Analysis, BI steering and reporting, Target Operating Model, process automation and AI integration. As a strategic partner of BlackRock and Yardi on this scope, we support management companies, institutional investors and fund administrators in their digital transformation projects. We operate in France, Luxembourg and the Middle East, from our head office in Puteaux La Défense and our Luxembourg office. For this position, you will work with our clients based in Luxembourg.

Your profile
With a Master's degree (business school, engineering school, accounting qualification or equivalent), you bring at least 2 years of significant experience and have developed a strong domain knowledge of real estate investment and of the accounting that underpins it. You built that experience within an asset manager, a property company, a property manager or an audit and accounting firm, and you have a solid command of the mechanics specific to real estate assets: rent roll, lease administration, service charge recovery, capex, valuation, fund accounting and investor reporting. You practise that craft as a Business Analyst: sitting between business and technical teams, you gather, formalise and prioritise requirements, then follow their translation into the systems through to acceptance. This domain knowledge is the heart of the role. Alongside it comes a genuine appetite for the systems that support it and for automating recurring processing: comfortable with data environments, you can read a data structure and understand an object model. Experience with Yardi Voyager or an equivalent market platform is a welcome asset rather than a prerequisite: we will train you on the tool, not on the business. Technical skills required Strong domain knowledge of real estate investment: rent roll, lease administration, service charge recovery, capex, valuation and asset life cycle Command of real estate and fund accounting: closings, asset-level income statements and balance sheets, capital calls and distributions, investor and regulatory reporting Good knowledge of the standards applicable to real estate, notably IFRS 16 and lease accounting, as well as the valuation of investment property Proven business analysis practice: requirements gathering and formalisation, process modelling, specification writing, user workshop facilitation and change management A marked appetite for systems, data and automation: understanding an object model and data structures, advanced Excel, industrialising recurring manual processing Experience with a market platform is a welcome asset: Yardi Voyager and its modules (Investment Management, Elevate, Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting, Deal Manager), MRI Software, ARGUS Enterprise or eFront Prior involvement in an implementation, data migration or version upgrade project is a plus, as is an awareness of non-financial reporting (GRESB, SFDR) Your responsibilities Across a variety of projects for our public and private sector clients, your main responsibilities will be to: Gather, frame and prioritise the needs of property, asset, fund management and accounting teams, then write the functional specifications Translate accounting and real estate processes into configuration rules within our clients' systems Identify and automate recurring manual processing: closings, controls, reconciliations and reporting production Design and secure the reliability of management, investor and regulatory reporting Contribute to data migrations and to interfaces with accounting and banking systems Run testing and acceptance phases through to go-live, then train users Development opportunities This position is part of a logic of progressive skill development. Depending on your interests, you may grow into a Real Estate domain referent or product owner role, become an expert on a market platform
