Luxembourg Languages : English 🎯 What the Consultant Will Do
• SQL Query Development — Build, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and manage client data stored in Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Statistical Model Review — Analyze and review an existing Python‑based financial risk calculation module to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance with financial modeling standards.
• Python Feature Implementation — Develop new functionalities and enhancements in Python to evolve the financial risk calculation engine.
• ETL Process Management — Design, implement, and maintain ETL workflows to ensure efficient, reliable, and automated data processing.
• Data & Process Analysis — Apply critical thinking to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to strengthen data quality and operational performance. 🧠What We Are Looking For Skills &
Experience:
• Expert Python skills, ideally with experience integrating APIs.
• Strong SQL knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Expertise in financial market risk models (mandatory).
• Investment management knowledge is a strong plus.
• Experience with automated data management and ETL workflows.
• Basic GIT usage for version control.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and deliver high‑quality work.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate within a team.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English; French is considered an asset. 💡 Mindset & Soft
