• Review and analyse project specifications and requirements.
• Develop test strategies and plans, including test-case design and estimation.
• Execute manual and automated tests and analyse results.
• Document testing phases, defects and execution outcomes.
• Report issues to developers and support troubleshooting and reproduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Coordinate QA activities during release and post-release testing. Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of quality assurance experience.
• Experience in large organisations (more than 500 employees).
• Experience in financial and lending products.
• Automation scripting experience using Selenium.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Test design and test execution experience in cross-functional teams.
• Quality assurance experience using PEGA. Core Competencies Manual and automated testing; test design; defect analysis; PEGA quality assurance; cross-functional collaboration; analytical and communication skills.
