Luxembourg COMO Digital Life Temps plein
Description COMO Digital Life is a regulated financial ecosystem for embedded, in-house, and globally orchestrated payments, operated by COMO DL S.
A.
- a payment institution licensed and supervised by the CSSF in Luxembourg. Your mission Deliver the product roadmap into production. The roadmap and the delivery dates are set. You define and optimize the requirements, sequence the work across internal teams and suppliers, and manage each item through to launch with the regulatory documentation complete. You report to the COO and the CTO.

What You'll Do
Delivery Platform dashboards and portals, and the service and support layer around them. New and add-on services and sub-products, from requirement to launch. ISO 20022 alignment across all the above. Requirements and change control Create and optimize the business requirements documents, and manage the review cycles with the relevant departments. Lock scope once approved and manage change requests through a documented process. Maintain a single delivery plan. Escalate slippage as soon as it is known, in writing, with a revised date. Run testing and release impact analysis. Produce user documentation and training material. Technology and product suppliers Manage the delivery relationship with suppliers who are related to COMO’s platform: proposal, plan, milestones, acceptance. Involve Compliance and Legal before commercial terms are agreed, and obtain written confirmation of which entity is regulated for which activity, where client funds are held, and which subcontractors are involved. Own the contract set behind each launch together with Finance and Legal. Reporting Report delivery status in the weekly execution review. No direct reports. You deliver through specialists in IT, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations and Marketing.

Your profile
Must-haves 7+ years in payments or banking or large-scale e-commerce aggregated infrastructures, either owning the platform or delivering the systems behind it. You have delivered system changes from end to end. ISO 20022 as a data model, not only as a message format. You write business requirements documents and manage scope control. You are equally comfortable in contract documents: you can read a multi-party agreement and say which entity owes what to whom. English: fluent, written and spoken. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the European Union. Ways of working Able to deliver through teams that do not report to you. Clear written communication, including on delays, risks, and dependencies. Bonus Knowledge in treasury or ERP or service aggregation structures. T2 or TIPS participation experience. KYC and screening tools, or regulatory reporting. Additional European language fluency, e.g. French or German. Why us? A regulated payments platform in active build, with a multi-year roadmap and new market openings each year. The scope of the role grows accordingly. A broad remit. You cover the platform’s portals, services, and sub-products, not a single product line. Real autonomy. You own your delivery plan and your dates, and you work directly with the executive team rather than through layers. A clear measure of success. Twelve months in, the launches on today's roadmap are live, and the requirements process runs without anyone chasing it. Permanent Luxembourg contract, indexed, with meal vouchers. Recruitment Process 1. Screening call with HR (30 min) 2. Interview with COO and CTO 3. Interview with the CEO. Equal opportunity and data protection COMO recruits on the work. We welcome applications from everyone and do not discriminate on any ground protected by Luxembourg or EU law. Your application is processed by COMO Global S.
