JANS is a second-generation family business in Eschweiler (Luxembourg), building everything from family homes to industrial projects. We're looking for an IT Specialist / System Administrator (m/f/d) – permanent contract, starting immediately.
Your mission
• Maintain and develop our internal IT infrastructure: network, servers, clients and phone system
• Provide 1st and 2nd-level support for colleagues in the office and on our construction sites
• Manage user accounts, access rights and devices (Windows, mobile, printers)
• Procure, set up and maintain IT hardware
• Support the introduction and improvement of software
• Implement and monitor IT security, backups and authorization concepts
• Automate recurring processes and support data integration
• Coordinate external IT service providers and contribute to IT projects
Your profile
• Completed IT training or degree, or comparable hands-on experience
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments (client & server), networking and Microsoft 365 / Office
• Basic understanding of IT security, backup concepts and data protection
• Support experience is an advantage; SQL, scripting and automation skills are welcome
• Structured, solution-oriented, reliable and service-minded
• Very good German and French; English and Luxembourgish are a plus
