• 10+ years of demonstrable Private Equity experience, with a solid transaction track record;
• strong exposure to growth equity, buyouts, industrial technologies, Deep Tech, Space, Defence or Dual Use;
• established and credible relationships with institutional LPs, Family Offices and the European investment ecosystem;
• proven ability in origination, execution, portfolio development and fundraising;
• an entrepreneurial mindset combined with institutional discipline;
• strong interpersonal skills, credibility and the ability to represent the fund at the highest level. Experience within the European institutional investment landscape is essential. Backgrounds from France, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, the Nordics, the UK and other major European PE markets are particularly welcome.
