The Electrician will perform day-to-day electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and domestic electrical systems, security systems, and related infrastructure. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, documenting work performed, and supporting ongoing maintenance contracts. The Electrician will use modern tools and technologies to deliver high-quality results and may support remote diagnostics and coordination with on-site personnel. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in electricity and electrical engineering principles.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in electrical work, including installation and configuration of systems.
• Candidates should possess experience in maintenance & repair of electrical, security, and data systems.
• Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical and system faults.
• Relevant technical certification or apprenticeship in electrical work; licensing as required by local regulations.
• Solid understanding of electrical safety standards, codes, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time management and documentation skills.
• Experience with commercial and domestic installations, security systems, or telecommunications infrastructure is an advantage.
