KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Implement and set up new funds in the billing system in accordance with client fee schedules. •Ensure the precision, accuracy and completeness of all information handled and communicated. •Perform tasks with rigor and in line with applicable procedures and internal controls. •Ensure that all required events and operational activities are completed and executed within agreed timelines. •Identify issues, discrepancies and process gaps, and propose practical solutions. •Liaise with other departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing. •Review processes critically and contribute to improvements where appropriate. How do we imagine our Billing and Funds Setup Specialist? •Fluent in English. French and any additional language will be considered an advantage. •Basic knowledge of investment funds, particularly Private Capital activities. •Strong ability to analyse processes with accuracy and attention to detail. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment. •Strong planning, time management and prioritisation skills. •Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with other departments. •Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills.
