Roundtable is building the infrastructure powering private markets across Europe. Founded in 2022, we provide an end-to-end platform enabling venture capital firms, private equity funds, angel investors and other investment managers to structure, operate and scale their investment vehicles. Today, thousands of investors use Roundtable to manage over €1B in assets across hundreds of investment vehicles. As we continue expanding our regulated activities in Luxembourg, we are building our licensed Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) to support an increasingly sophisticated range of private market funds across Venture Capital, Private Equity and Fund of Funds. We're looking for an experienced Conducting Officer — Portfolio Management & Business Development to help shape this next chapter. As Conducting Officer — Portfolio Management & Business Development, you will be one of four Conducting Officers forming the comité de direction (senior management) of Roundtable. You will hold primary responsibility for portfolio management functions within the meaning of Annex I of the AIFM Law, and may additionally cover business development activities (fundraising, LP relations, origination), subject to CSSF validation. This is a founding leadership role at the heart of Roundtable's investment and investor strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management Lead the in-house portfolio management functionacross the funds managed by the AIFM. Take and document discretionary investment and divestment decisions within the investment objective, strategy and restrictions of each fund, drawing on the advisory team. Oversee investment and divestment decisions in line with each fund's investment strategy and governance framework. Ensure portfolio management activities remain compliant with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. Supervise external investment advisors and delegated portfolio management activities where applicable. Monitor portfolio performance and investment strategies in close collaboration with the Risk, Compliance and Valuation Conducting Officer. Contribute to the continuous development of the AIFM's governance framework and regulatory documentation. Participate in senior management meetings and regularly report to the Board of Managers. Business Development Support the growth of the AIFM by developing relationships with fund managers, institutional investors and strategic partners. Contribute to fundraising initiatives and long-term LP relationships. Participate in the sourcing, assessment and qualification of new investment opportunities. Represent Roundtable across the European private markets ecosystem. Help identify new business opportunities and contribute to the long-term development of the AIFM. Marketing Oversee the marketing and distribution of the funds managed by the AIFM. Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. Manage relationships with distributors and other distribution partners. Coordinate pre-marketing and cross-border marketing notifications with the relevant regulatory authorities. Ensure investor communications and disclosures remain accurate, compliant and up to date throughout the lifecycle of each fund. You have 10+ years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fund of Funds or related alternative investment strategies. You have held senior investment responsibilities within a regulated AIFM, management company or similar investment platform. You're comfortable making investment decisions while balancing commercial objectives with regulatory requirements. You have a strong understanding of portfolio management, fund governance and the Luxembourg regulatory framework. You communicate confidently with institutional investors, fund managers, regulators and senior stakeholders. You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, where you'll help build both the business and the organisation. You take ownership, exercise sound judgement and lead with integrity. You're fluent in English and French. You are based in Luxembourg or the immediate Greater Region (daily presence required). Roundtable is committed to creating a diverse environment.
