ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an MLOps Engineer to join an international, results-driven team working at the intersection of machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and high-quality software development. You’ll play a key role in taking projects from proof-of-concept to production, writing robust, scalable, and clean Python code. Please note that this position requires relocation to Luxemburg, to work from our clients offices for 15 months or longer. This is an on-site role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions, from prototype to production deployment
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Developers, and Analysts across the organization
• Ensure production-grade quality in every deliverable — performance, security, maintainability
• Build and optimize solutions leveraging LLMs, machine learning, and Vector DBs
• Set up and manage infrastructure on Azure and AWS, including private endpoints and VPN integrations
• Contribute to DevOps workflows to streamline CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment.
• Develop automation scripts, data processing pipelines and operational tools
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Contribute to architecture discussions and continuous improvement of our practices MUST HAVE
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on Python
• Experience with at least one Python web framework (Django, FastAPI, or Flask)
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with LLMs and ML workflows in production environments
• Experience with Vector DBs and secure network integrations (VPNs, private endpoints)
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
• Good communication skills and English at B2 level or higher NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with data tools (pandas, Airflow) or ETL pipelines
• Experience with LLM integrations or AI-powered features (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangChain or similar)
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Basic frontend knowledge (React, Vue or similar)
