- CDD 6 months Meet your future team Join the Human Capital team at PwC Luxembourg, where Talent Attraction & Acquisition professionals work closely with business leaders across the firm to identify, attract and engage the talent that will shape PwC’s future. You will collaborate daily with hiring managers, HR colleagues and candidates to deliver a recruitment experience that supports business growth and long-term talent needs. What Your Role Will Look Like As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in helping the business secure the talent it needs in a competitive and evolving market. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, translate business needs into effective hiring strategies, and drive recruitment outcomes that contribute directly to the firm's growth and success. Act as the primary recruitment partner for your stakeholder groups, providing market insights and guidance that support informed hiring decisions. Build a strong understanding of business priorities, workforce needs and talent trends to shape effective recruitment strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and attraction to offer management and onboarding coordination. Conduct structured interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide objective recommendations that support quality hiring decisions. Create and maintain positive candidate relationships, ensuring a professional and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process. Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through recruitment events, networking activities and internal hiring capability building. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools and ways of working to enhance efficiency, quality and stakeholder experience. The Skills You Bring Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a professional services, corporate or agency environment. Recruitment sourcing tools and social media channels: Proficient / Independent use. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Excellent written and oral skills in English & French. German is considered as an asset Ways of working Structure information clearly, analyse recruitment data and translate insights into practical hiring recommendations. Build effective partnerships across teams, align stakeholders around shared hiring objectives and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
