KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•AI Integration Across the SDLC: Identify and implement GenAI use cases across Business Analysis, development, testing and documentation. •Business Analysis: Leverage AI to analyse business requirements, regulatory documents and functional specifications, and generate or improve functional deliverables. •AI Industrialization: Define a standardized framework, methodologies and best practices for AI adoption across the SDLC. •Coaching & Knowledge Transfer: Train and support project teams through workshops and hands-on coaching, progressively enabling independent AI usage. •Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams, developers, project managers and external consultants to ensure effective AI adoption. How do we imagine our Generative AI Consultant? •Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs and AI-assisted development tools. •Good understanding of the end-to-end SDLC, Business Analysis and functional specifications. •Experience implementing AI-driven process improvements and standardized methodologies. •Strong coaching, changing management and stakeholder coordination skills. •Experience in banking, insurance or regulated environments. •Knowledge of AML/KYC and regulatory compliance is highly relevant. •Fluent French (Mandatory), Basic Level of English.
