The role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and team coordination. You will help guide the team in delivering reliable solutions, maintain strong development standards, and ensure a clear link between business needs and technical implementation. 🧠

What You'll Do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Lead and coordinate a development team, combining hands-on development with technical leadership.
• Contribute to the refactoring, maintenance, and evolution of internal applications.
• Oversee technical delivery, ensuring code quality, consistency, and adherence to development standards.
• Coordinate development activities with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders.
• Support technical planning, prioritisation, and effort estimation.
• Promote software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate technical solutions.
• Mentor developers and contribute to continuous improvement. 👤 Who We're Looking For Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in software development and technical team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg life insurance sector.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Good understanding of software architecture and application design.
• Experience working in Agile and DevSecOps environments.
• Strong understanding of Clean Code principles and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
• Good understanding of application security principles.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Confluence.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent French and English.

Experience:
• Proven experience in software development and technical team leadership.
