We are looking for a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain who combines analytical depth, business acumen, and a strong drive for impact. You will help organizations unlock performance, reduce complexity, and build resilient, future-proof supply chain. Your Impact As a Senior Consultant, you will be at the heart of transformation programs: Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation projects : From diagnosis to implementation, with measurable results Identify inefficiencies & unlock performance levers : Improve cost, service levels, and operational agility Design best-in-class supply chain strategies : Demand & production planning Inventory optimization Logistics & distribution excellence Leverage digital & data : Use ERP, BI, and automation to accelerate decision-making Engage stakeholders at all levels : Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations Coach & elevate teams : Support clients and mentor junior consultants to ensure sustainable impact What You Bring Experience & Expertise 3–5+ years in consulting or supply chain roles Proven experience delivering: Cost optimization Operational improvements End-to-end supply chain projects Skills Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset Solid project management capabilities (Agile, Prince2, PMO…) Experience with ERP, BI, or digital supply chain tools Ability to structure, communicate, and influence Mindset Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-driven Strong interest in operational excellence & continuous improvement Comfortable in fast-paced, high-impact environments Natural team player with strong stakeholder management skills Education Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field APICS or equivalent certification is a plus Why Resultance?
