What if your financial expertise could contribute to the development of banking systems internationally? The ATTF (Financial Technology Transfer Agency) is a Luxembourg government initiative at the heart of the development of banking and financial systems in partner countries. Its mission: to build capacity, support institutions undergoing transformation and contribute to more resilient and inclusive economies. As part of the House of Training, the ATTF department designs and delivers training and coaching programmes in close collaboration with local stakeholders. It draws on and leverages the expertise of the Luxembourg financial centre to offer concrete solutions tailored to the needs of each country. YOUR ROLE: UNDERSTAND, DESIGN, DELIVER, WITH IMPACT You will join a committed and close-knit team with a dual mission: to analyse the needs of your partner countries and to design tailored, high-quality banking and financial training programmes. YOUR UPCOMING TASKS You will be specifically responsible for: 1. Support and advice Identifying, understanding and analysing the needs and requests of the partner countries for which you are responsible; Developing and maintaining relationships with partner countries; Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners (budgets, contracts, cooperation, etc.), amongst other things; Taking part in support and business development missions in partner countries. 2. Development of training programmes Actively contribute to the development of training programmes tailored to the banking and financial sector needs of partner countries; Ensure the quality of educational design by researching, designing, delivering, evaluating and adapting training courses to meet the needs and standards required by our institutional partners; Identify, manage, develop and retain a pool of high-quality trainers/experts; Develop the range of digital and blended learning courses within the team. 3. Operational Management Manage the administrative and operational aspects of training programmes, including planning, coordination, supervision, reporting, and quality assurance of course materials, etc.; Ensure training courses run smoothly, whilst building a relationship of trust with participants; Analysing participant satisfaction and making the necessary adjustments; Regularly monitor the quality of training courses and trainers and propose necessary adjustments; Actively contribute to cross-functional strategic projects within the House of Training; Assist in setting up automated reporting via our system or a business intelligence tool.

YOUR PROFILE
You have solid experience in the financial sector, a genuine passion for knowledge sharing and a desire to make a tangible impact beyond borders; You have a strong interest in continuing professional development and learning; You hold at least a Master’s degree or equivalent; You have at least 8 years’ experience in banking or finance; experience in training is an advantage; You have developed expertise in project management; You are organised, pragmatic and enjoy working in a team, with a willingness to travel; You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish, German or any other language spoken by our partners is a real advantage.
