Location:
Luxembourg, 2 positions Level: Mid-level, about 4–8 years of experience. This person supports IT Technical Program Managers (TPMs); they don’t own the program. About the team The team runs IT infrastructure for AFT-X warehouse sites operated by third-party logistics companies (3PLs). They cover the full cycle: forecasting hardware, launching new sites, supporting them day to day, and closing them. What the person will do
• Launch planning: plan site rollouts with the IT TPMs, build hardware forecasts and Bills of Materials (BOMs), and run weekly readiness calls with the 3PL partners.
• Pre-launch: order hardware and track purchase orders and deliveries. Follow up on hardware and network readiness, and escalate supply delays.
• Ongoing support: be the main contact for IT issues at live sites. Keep asset records and SOPs up to date, plan hardware for peak season, triage tickets, and handle site closures.
• Travel: occasional trips to 3PL sites. Must-have
• 4+ years coordinating IT infrastructure projects from start to finish
• Has worked with IT equipment, procurement, and delivery logistics across multiple sites
• Has worked with external partners and teams in different locations
• Writes clear documentation and handles escalations well
• Strong English and well organised, able to juggle several launches at once Nice-to-have
• Background in warehousing, logistics, or 3PL
• Has rolled out equipment to many sites
• Knows change management processes
• Speaks French, German or Spanish
