Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications) A minimum of 4+ years proven experience in consulting or projects, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm Experience of projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions in some of the following areas: Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management & Risk management, Middle & Back Office processes and outsourcing Experience of projects involving Target Operating Models, business processes and/or technology solutions in one or more of the following areas: Portfolio & Investment Management, Middle & Back Office Operations, Fund Administration, Depositary Services, Transfer Agency, Private Markets Operations and Data & Digital Transformation) An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market A strong understanding of market trends, drivers and challenges across the investment management industry, including traditional and/or alternative asset management. First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office Proven track record in client relationship development.
