As the Luxembourg market continues to strengthen its position as a global centre for alternative investments, we are expanding our consulting capabilities to support clients across both traditional and alternative asset classes, including Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure and other private market strategies.
We are therefore looking for consultants with experience or a strong interest in investment management, who are excited to work across both traditional and alternative investment ecosystems and contribute to the continued growth of our Asset & Wealth Management and Alternatives practices.

Role Responsibilities Based in Luxembourg, you will carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestigious clients, leaders in Asset Management (Asset Managers, Private Banks, Alternative Investment ManagersInvestor Services Providers) in areas including: Strategy M&A Integration Review of Operating Models Evolution of Organisations Digital Transformation (incl. Data & AI transformation) Front-to-back Investment Operations Transformation Operational Benchmarking Regulatory Transformation Change Management Depending on

We offer

Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications) A minimum of 4+ years proven experience in consulting or projects, gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm Experience of projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions in some of the following areas: Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management & Risk management, Middle & Back Office processes and outsourcing Experience of projects involving Target Operating Models, business processes and/or technology solutions in one or more of the following areas: Portfolio & Investment Management, Middle & Back Office Operations, Fund Administration, Depositary Services, Transfer Agency, Private Markets Operations and Data & Digital Transformation) An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market A strong understanding of market trends, drivers and challenges across the investment management industry, including traditional and/or alternative asset management. First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills with an excellent command of Microsoft Office Proven track record in client relationship development. This should include examples of client account support/management and preferably geared towards supporting business development/sales initiatives Stakeholder management and influencing skills – with both clients, colleagues and junior team members Strong academic background from a top-ranking business school or engineering school Fluency in French/German and English is preferred (at C1+ level) Eligible to work in Luxembourg Sharing Success Allowing our people to share in our growth journey is a highly valued component of the business and here are a few ways that we do this: Competitive base salary Share of the profits of the business as a % of base
