Responsibilities:
Coordinating multiple technical workstreams and managing dependencies between teams and activities Ensuring alignment and effective collaboration between technical teams, architects and key stakeholders Planning and coordinating activities, workshops, decisions and deliverables across sprint cycles Monitoring project progress, milestones and delivery commitments Identifying and managing risks, blockers, dependencies and capacity constraints Facilitating communication and coordination across multiple technical and business stakeholders Supporting the prioritisation and sequencing of activities to ensure efficient delivery Preparing project reporting and providing regular visibility on progress, risks and key decisions Organising and preparing governance and steering meetings Ensuring appropriate follow-up on actions, decisions and delivery commitments Contributing to the successful delivery of the overall technology transformation programme Profile: Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, Project Manager, or similar role Strong experience coordinating complex IT or platform transformation programmes Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, timelines and deliverables Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills The ability to coordinate architects, engineers and senior business stakeholders Experience working in a banking or other highly regulated environment A good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based planning Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Experience working in complex, multi-team and multi-vendor environments Knowledge or exposure to technologies and platforms such as Kafka, OpenShift, Keycloak and DevSecOps practices would be considered a strong asset.
