• Manage the onboarding of new clients and support all the questions raised and related to the Data Management
• Receive accounting data for regulatory reporting and follow-up with clients and fund administrators
• Be in contact with data providers and platforms (Bloomberg, Morningstar, Refinitiv) to ensure the smooth data delivery and publication
• Be implicated in the production of several regulatory and marketing reports such as KIIDs, Factsheets, ….
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve and set up our custom-built solutions in terms of Data Management
Your profile
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Recently graduated or up to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, in the investment funds industry would be an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concision.
• Excellent knowledge in Excel. VBA, Python and/or SQL skills are an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy: ability to understand and analyse requests and propose durable solutions. In addition, high degree of rigor.
